YOGA.. was and still is the perfect exercise for me. It does not involve me running down the street and hurting my knees (this has happened!) and it does not involve loads of jumping jacks!
It is a very relaxing and stress free exercise, that helps relieve stress, and gently stretches those muscles, you didn't even know you had! You can do it at your own pace, and with a little instruction, you can take this exercise anywhere with you. It doesn't require equipment other than a comfy mat, and loose clothes. I do this in my pajamas.
