Use This Weight Loss Simulator To See Results

Even just a few pounds can make a huge difference in the way we look.  Below is a virtual weight loss model.  You can use the arrows for up and down to see the difference a few pounds makes on the cartoon model.

So, if you thought 5 pounds, didn't make much difference, you can see that it does.

Using a weight loss simulator is a great way to help track your progress.  Next time you get on the scale and are concerned that you have worked hard and have only lost 5 pounds, head to the grocery store and find a 5 pound roast of beef.  Now hold it in both hands, and after a few minutes it is going to feel heavy.  This is what your body has lost.

A 2 pound weight loss per week is a great way to lose weight.  It is steady, done with real food, no pills,  but don't be surprised if you have some weeks where nothing comes off, you just have to keep working at it, and it will start to come off again.  So, have fun with the model below, and see the changes in your body with just a few pounds.
Some people feel better weighing themselves each day.  I personally do not.  I find it tends to set the tone for the day, and I don't like that.  The day can start out great, then I weigh myself, and if I am up a bit, then it brings me down.  So, for me a once a week weigh in on the same day works fine.  But this is your own personal choice.

At the end of the day, you have to figure out what works best for you.  I like these simulators, because they are fun and you can see the difference all your hard work is doing.  You can also go a another step further and check out the 3D virtual weight loss simulator where you upload your picture.   Just be proud of your changes in your food that you have made without pills or extremes, or cutting out entire food groups.
