Weight Loss Simulation

One great way to stay motivated when it comes to weight loss is to use a virtual weight loss simulator.  You enter your height, and weight and on some sites, you can add your measurements for a realistic looking picture of your body.

The little gadget I have on the weight loss simulator page, is quite cute and gives you an idea of what a difference each pound can make, but sometimes it is nice to have a virtual weight loss simulator, where you can upload an actual picture of yourself and then enter the information in the side bar to see just what can happen when you lose those few pounds, or change your measurements.

I have found a couple of sites that do this for free, but this particular site has to be the best of them all  www.weightmirror.com

You can use this site for free, and if you can either find a picture you have on your computer or actually take one standing for your before picture, then it will look the most realistic.

Many people think that losing only five pounds won’t make a difference, but it does.  Just think of that as a small bag of potatoes that you are no longer carrying around.  Pick up a bag of 5 pound potatoes or a 5 pound roast next time you are at the grocery store, and then carry it around for a while.  You can see that it does make a difference as it becomes heavy.

That extra weight is no longer on your body.  So, don’t ever discount a pound or two or five, every bit helps.  I lost 12 pounds and my high blood pressure became normal.  So, you don’t need to lose large amounts of weight to see a health difference in your body.

But I will admit there is something encouraging about seeing a before and after picture of yourself.  The virtual weight loss simulator is pretty good and showing where the pounds are coming off.  It is pretty accurate.

So, if you think you need some motivation and want to see your progress then check out some free weight loss simulators, or this virtual weight loss simulator.  You can find many of them free if you search in Google or other search engines.

Uploading your own picture to the model just seems to make it real, and may just help you stay on track.  You can also check out the healthy weight calculator to see your BMI and give you an idea of how much you shoud weigh for good health.  The calorie calculators to see how many calories are in the most common foods and the Calorie Burner Calculator to see just how much movement will burn calories.  These calculators are a great way to see the big picture.  You can do it!
