How To Make Your Legs Look Thinner
|
If you have been wondering just how to make your legs look thinner, while you are on your weight loss and fitness journey, then here are a few tips that will help.
Don’t Wear Tight Jeans - One of the worst things to do is wear tight jeans that are tight at the ankle. This draws attention to your legs, especially if your problem area is your thighs. The jeans or pants will simply cling to your thighs and this will be exaggerated by the fabric being pulled in at the ankles, almost like framing your thighs!. So, if you want to dress in such a way to make your legs look thinner, then you need to get pants or jeans that are a similar width all the way down. This elongates your legs so that the eye does not see the fabric clinging to your thighs and being drawn inwards lower down. It will look like a smooth line right down to your shoes. This works well for dress pants and denim jeans. If you are shopping for denim jeans, find jeans that are wider legged but the same width to the shoes, and also get them in the deeper blue colour. Slimming Under Garments – Invest in a decent pair of panties. Get the ones that can breathe of course, with a cotton gusset, but also made out of the fabrics that will give your tummy support. Not the girdles our grannies wore, but some of these newer soft fabrics that also can smooth out bulges and glide over rolls, especially in the tummy. These alone can make you look slimmer! |

If you are wondering just how to make your legs look thinner, also make sure that once you have your new panties that you find the right size of pants or jeans to wear. Get the number tag out of your head. There is no point in cramming yourself into pants that are a size too small. You will actually look bigger.
Shoes – Wear a bit of a heel if you can comfortably. Heels have a way of elongating the legs making them look longer and leaner.
Pant Length – Make sure that your pants or jeans go right to your shoe, but don’t bunch up on top of your shoes. By wearing pants right down to your shoes or boots or sandals, you will make your legs look thinner.
Stay Away from Capris Styles where the leg ends at mid calf, this can make your legs look chopped off and shorter, plus draw attention to your legs.
