Get a Desk Treadmill for the Office

Ok, so you just can’t tear yourself away from work for that workout.  Well many people are in the same boat and this is when you haul out the desk treadmill.

If you want exercises to do at your desk, then this is the biggest one of them all.  An office station attached to a treadmill.  You can get your walk or run in and still watch the stock market, go over reports, or even take a break and watch a video while you run or jog or walk.

Many companies are finding that a bit of exercise can be a great tool for problem solving as it gets your body moving and revving, and light bulb moments can happen when the body is working on itself!

There are many exercises you can do at your desk, with or without equipment.  You can get under desk pedal exercisers, which are little peddle bikes that fit under your desk, and you can do your own exercises uses your body weight and the office chair. 

You just have to get into the habit of doing something.  I find that since I work from home, I try and get up at least once an hour, and walk around get drinks, bathroom break and then do some office chair exercises. 

If you do only 5 minutes of exercises at your desk, then on a 8 hour day, you will have fit in 40 minutes of working out.  This does count!  Plus with the tweaks you are going to make to your diet, as stated on the home page then you are going to see results.  Just start a new habit every week when you can.
