Calorie Burner Calculator - Calories Burned During Exercise

Using a calorie burner calculator is a great way to keep you motivated.  You can see exactly how many calories you are burning with certain activities, and just how many minutes you have to do them for to burn some more!

Keep in mind that exercise can be done throughout your day.  You do not have to go to a sweaty gym or wait until you have an hour to dedicate to exercise.  You can make a point of adding stairs to your day, or head to another floor for the washroom, or deliver that message in person at the office instead of through email it all adds up.

All exercise adds up.  Of course the more strenuous the exercise the more calories you can burn.  With these cute little free calorie burner calculators, you can see with a quick glance just how much you need to burn in a day and with which activities you are going to get the most burn from.

Just enter all your information on your activity and you will see the results.

In order to lose a pound a week, you have to get rid of 3500 calories, which equals 500 calories per day.  You can do this with both food changes and exercise.  Don’t just do one or the other.  You will get lasting weight loss if you do both.  But you don’t have to do it all at once.

If you have not been very active for a long time, now is not the time to run a marathon.  Start really small.  This is how I did it, and I have ZERO will power!  I chose to lose a pound every two weeks in the beginning.  This way I only had to get rid of 250 calories per day.  I did it by simply changing out some of my food brands.

Really simple changes, like low fat cheese for full fat, low fat milk for full fat, more water.  I started making a point of using the stairs every day, and started walking the dog more.  It all adds up.  Even two pounds a month is 24 pounds a year.  That can make a huge difference on your body, with very few changes to your lifestyle.

So, check out the calorie burner calculator, and figure out which activities will work for you and see how much you can burn.  Then check out the healthy weight calculator to find your right weight and the weight loss simulator to see how it will all look.

Using these free tools is a great way to stay motivated.  Remember start with a good physical at the Doctor’s, tell them your plan and I am sure they will like your ideas.  Once you know you are healthy enough to start some exercise, then start slow, and you will win the race.
