Today I was in a rush, and forgot to bring my lunch, but ran to the grocery store, and tried one of the lean cuisine meals, you can throw them in the microwave,  and loved it!.  They are usually around 300 calories or less, and it kept me full for most of the afternoon..  great backup idea.. keep a few in the freezer. 

There are few different brands, just check the label to monitor the calories and enjoy!
